Dandy Exhibition Design by Form Us With Love
Swedish collective Form Us With Love have designed this exhibition at Stockholm’s Nordiska Museet celebrating the legacy of the dandy. The exhibition explores the definition of a dandy and dissects the style into its constituent parts.

Each element of dandyish attire is presented on a dismembered mannequin painted in slate grey, as if a sculptor had begun to fashion a body but got only as far as what is essential to present the selected object.

Contributors from journalists to tailors and stylists have been asked to select items that define the modern dandy.

The history of the dandy of represented by objects of high fashion from various eras and quotations from the likes of Charles Baudelaire, Lord Byron, Evelyn Waugh and Oscar Wilde.

“I have the simplest tastes: I am always satisfied by the best.” Oscar Wilde
